Musings From A Musical Mind

Have you ever felt like you were seeing things in a “black and white” way – and then suddenly – you see some color?

When was the last time you stopped to just look?  And really – noticed?

How does a little splash of color change your perspective?

God Bless

  1. What I love is after a particularly dreary rain. . . and then the sun comes out. Some days it lights up the entire world and, suddenly, everything is in technicolor!

  2. Color is one of those things you don’t appreciate unless you are blind. We have a blind man in our Church and his deepest desire is to see… colors, hues, anything.

What a wonderful world we live in that God made everything so perfectly… colorful!

  3. I see the world through purple colored eyeballs. Purple just jumps out at me and I see it everywhere I go these days. You’d be amazed how much purple there is in the desert. Before I moved here, I thought the desert was full of brown dirt and green cactus, but I found so many varieties of pretty flowers, many of which are purple. My dh and were not that happy about the prospect of living in a place that is hot 8 months out of the year and where we felt the beauty of God didn’t shine, but our eyes were opened to the beauty God puts everywhere and especially here in the ARIDzona desert. The sunrises and sunsets are also some of the most beautiful I have seen.

    • I have seen pictures of your desert and they are AMAZING! I love it that you can find purple and COLOR even in the dry desert. God’s canvas of color is AWESOME!
